Biography

Jessica Palomo is the Office Manager at Desai, Raveica, Raveica & Arshad, P.C., and plays a central role in the day-to-day operations of the firm. She helps ensure that the office runs efficiently, that clients are treated with professionalism and care, and that attorneys and staff have the administrative support they need to handle demanding legal matters.

Born in Gibraltar and raised in England, Jessica attended Shrewsbury Technical College before moving to the United States in 1985. Her background reflects years of experience working with people, managing operations, and handling responsibilities that require organization, patience, and sound judgment.

Before joining the firm, Jessica worked for fourteen years as a manager for the Plano School District in Texas in its after-school program. That role required leadership, coordination, and a steady ability to manage people and logistics in a fast-paced environment. She later brought those skills into the legal field, where she has now spent several years supporting firm operations and client-facing work.

Jessica has been with the firm for nearly four years and has become a trusted point of contact for clients and staff alike. She is known for her reliability, professionalism, and practical, solutions-oriented approach. Her experience and strong interpersonal skills make her an important part of the firm’s ability to deliver responsive and effective service.
Outside of work, Jessica is married and has two adult children. She enjoys going to the gym, running, reading, and spending time with family.
