Biography

Sadhna Ramanathan serves as Case Manager at Desai, Raveica, Raveica & Arshad, P.C., where she helps keep matters organized, clients informed, and case files moving efficiently through every stage of litigation. She brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to her work, along with a strong commitment to client service and advocacy.

Sadhna earned her bachelor’s degree from Albion College in 2020, where she also competed through multiple successful NCAA seasons as part of Albion’s accomplished golf program. Her experience as a collegiate athlete helped shape the qualities she brings to the firm today: focus, consistency, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Before turning toward the legal field, Sadhna initially pursued a path in medicine. That background continues to inform her work by giving her a strong analytical foundation and an empathetic approach to clients navigating stressful and often high-stakes situations. Her transition into law reflects a clear sense of purpose and a growing commitment to justice, advocacy, and meaningful client support.

As she prepares to apply to law school, Sadhna continues to build her legal experience through hands-on work in active matters and day-to-day case management. She is driven by a desire to make a lasting impact through the law and to continue developing the skills necessary to become a strong advocate for clients.
